In January 2023 we repainted this single-family stucco home in Tidewater, in the Clapboard Creek area. It had gone about ten years without paint and showed fading, chalking, mildew, hairline stucco cracks and failed caulking.
Our crew cleaned the exterior, made the stucco crack repairs and replaced the failed caulking before painting. The stucco body got two coats of Sherwin-Williams Loxon XP, and the trim, doors, garage doors and shutters two coats of Latitude.
We also refinish kitchen and bathroom cabinets. We check the cabinet material and its condition first, then clean, prepare and prime before the finish coats, so the finish suits what it goes on. More on our cabinet painting and refinishing.
