After living overseas for five years while renting out their Palencia home, the homeowner wanted to update the property before moving back in. A New Leaf Painting Contractors coordinated interior painting, cabinet painting, exterior painting, and a 500-square-foot garage floor coating for a complete home transformation. The photos show the cabinet painting and garage floor coating portions of this complete interior and exterior home transformation.

What we found
The scope included drywall damage, cracks in the synthetic stucco exterior, deteriorated wood, cabinets needing preparation, and concrete cracks in the garage. These conditions needed attention before applying new finishes.
Prep & repairs
- Our team repaired drywall and matched texture, addressed stucco cracks and wood rot, and prepared the cabinets for painting. Exterior preparation included washing, caulking, and priming where needed, followed by Sherwin-Williams Loxon XP and Latitude coatings.
- For the garage, we diamond-ground the concrete, addressed cracks and joints where needed, and installed a polyurea base coat, full decorative flake broadcast, and polyaspartic topcoat.
