What we found
Our exterior walkthrough identified the areas that needed attention before painting, including surfaces requiring preparation, gaps needing caulking, and exposed or repaired areas needing primer. Addressing these details before applying finish coats helps the coating adhere and creates a more uniform appearance.
Prep & repairs
- Our team washed the exterior, scraped and sanded where needed, caulked gaps and joints, and spot-primed exposed or repaired surfaces. We protected nearby landscaping, hardscapes, windows, and other surrounding features throughout the work.
The result
Fresh paint, clean lines, and consistent coverage brought a renewed appearance to the home. Careful attention to trim, architectural accents, and entry areas helped create a cohesive finish that complements the property.
The New Leaf team did a great job. They brought my vision to life. Thank you
