Jacksonville, FL 32244
After 14 years without repainting, this Jacksonville home needed more than a color update. A New Leaf Painting Contractors replaced deteriorated fascia and trim boards, addressed chalking and failing caulk, and applied two coats of Sherwin-Williams Latitude. Dress Blues on the body and garage door, paired with Pure White trim, gave the exterior a fresh, coordinated appearance. The existing finish showed oxidation and chalking after 14 years without repainting. Failing caulk left gaps and joints needing attention, while deteriorated sections of fascia and trim required replacement. Painting alone would not address those damaged boards or provide a sound surface for the new finish.
Dress Blues transformed the home’s body and garage door, while Pure White trim, soffits, and fascia created a crisp contrast. Replacement boards blended into the freshly painted exterior, completing an update that addressed both the home’s appearance and the deteriorated wood identified before painting.
They did a great job on our house and outside "man cave" They kept in touch on the project and it was done in a timely manner. Highly recommend their services
