Stucco Exterior Repainting with White Soffits & Fascia | Hampton Park, Jacksonville, FL

The exterior showed fading, chalking, minor stucco cracks, failing caulk, open joints, and weathered trim surfaces from years of exposure to Northeast Florida sun, rain, humidity, and seasonal weather.

• Our team washed and prepared the exterior, addressed visible stucco cracks and failing areas, replaced deteriorated caulking where needed, scraped and prepared worn surfaces, and spot-primed appropriate areas before painting.
• The stucco received the exterior coating system selected for the home, while the soffits, fascia, and gutters were painted with Sherwin-Williams DTM for the appropriate metal surfaces.
