AfterOur exterior walkthrough identified areas needing attention before painting: surfaces requiring cleaning and preparation, gaps and joints needing caulk, and exposed or repaired areas requiring primer. These details shaped the preparation scope rather than simply covering the existing finish with another coat.
The repaint brought a fresh, consistent appearance to the exterior, with clean lines and renewed definition around trim and architectural details. For the homeowner, it was another opportunity to update and care for their property with a team they already knew. For us, being chosen again was the most meaningful part of the project.
