How It Works
Your Satisfaction Is Built Into the Process
The guarantee is not something that only kicks in after a problem. It is built into every step of how we work — beginning before we quote a single number.
Your Iron-Clad Guarantee and the specific workmanship warranty for your project — term, coverage, and any upgrade options — are documented in your written estimate before you commit.
Surface preparation appropriate to the substrate, premium products selected for the surface and exposure, daily cleanup, and crew-leader communication. The guarantee is backed by process — not hope.
Before final payment, your crew leader completes a final walkthrough with you and addresses documented workmanship concerns included in the approved scope.
If a workmanship concern within the approved scope remains unresolved after reasonable corrective efforts, the remedy outlined in our Iron-Clad Guarantee applies. The full terms are provided in your written estimate and warranty documents.
The Iron-Clad Guarantee
A Written Commitment — Not a Marketing Claim
Our Iron-Clad Guarantee is simple: your project is not complete until the workmanship in your approved scope meets the standard set in your proposal. We respond promptly to any concern and continue working with you through a reasonable corrective process until that standard is met.
The guarantee, the workmanship warranty, and their conditions and exclusions are included in writing on the estimate for your specific project — so you know exactly what is covered before work begins. Your signed proposal and warranty documents are the final authority on coverage.
Written Workmanship Warranty
What Our Painting Covers & How Long
Beyond the guarantee, every project is backed by a separate written workmanship warranty. The term depends on scope and product system, and is specified in your estimate before work begins.
Exact term specified in your written estimate. Scope, surface condition, and products used all factor in.
Standard is 5 years. Upgrade to 7 or 10 years based on product system — listed as line-item options on every exterior estimate.
Every exterior estimate includes line-item options to upgrade coverage based on the product system you choose:
One source of truth: Warranty term, coverage, exclusions, and any optional upgrades are identified in the written proposal for the specific project. Coverage applies only to the surfaces, preparation, products, and workmanship included in the approved scope.

What We Evaluate Before We Quote
A warranty is only as good as the preparation and products behind it. Before we recommend a system, we assess the conditions that affect how a Florida paint job performs over time.
| What We Evaluate | Why It Matters |
|---|---|
| Sun & UV exposure | Product and color choice can affect long-term appearance and fade resistance. |
| Humidity & shade | Surface cleaning, dry time, and coating selection all matter in humid, shaded conditions. |
| Rain & moisture | Failed caulk, leaks, and damaged substrates should be identified before painting. |
| Coastal exposure | Salt air, wind-driven rain, and exterior condition can change the recommended system. |
| Stucco, wood & trim condition | Repairs may be needed before any coating is applied. |
| Existing coating condition | Adhesion, chalking, peeling, and prior paint layers affect the prep required. |

Where Our Warranty Applies — and Where It Doesn’t
The exclusions below are standard industry conditions. We explain them up front so you understand why preparation matters so much.
What Is Covered
What Falls Outside
Why these exclusions exist: Each represents a condition that exists independent of the paint system. Structural movement, moisture intrusion, and substrate failure cannot be resolved by any coating alone — which is exactly why we identify and repair underlying issues before painting begins.
